I live in Salisbury, North Carolina, USA in an old stone house with my lovely wife, our daughter, and crazy pets. My workshop and showroom are in two small buildings behind our house.

I graduated from East Carolina University in 1993, and have been a full-time potter since.

One of my many goals with pottery is to make pots where each one has its own personality. I also try to make pots that I would love to have and use in and around my own home.

I enjoy experimenting with forms, clays, glazes, textures, and anything else I can think of. These experiments are always exciting when opening a kiln and they usually lead to more ideas.
