Here’s a few finished urns from the last post where they were drying. The first one has a blue glaze on it that I started using a couple of years ago after randomly testing glazes on top of glazes on some test tiles. I stopped using it because the glaze started crawling and sometimes falling off during the firing. Finally, now after some adjusting it seems to be working again. It’s two layers of two different glazes (a tan glaze and a green glaze) that produces a blue and/or green color. Depending on the thicknesses of the two glazes you can either get more green or more blue. I think it’s going to be an interesting glaze to work with.
